Once dates are confirmed, we will hold your chosen date for 24 hours.

Once a date is confirmed or if you wish to purchase without a date or as a gift, please select your chosen experience. Unfortunately, we can only accommodate groups of up to five alpacas for walks at any given time, but spectators are welcome to join or share if your party exceeds five.

Our walks are available on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 1:00 PM.

If you did not pre-book a date, please contact us when you are ready to schedule your alpaca experience.

We are available via phone, email, or through the site chat.

Please note that dates are subject to availability and tend to book up quickly. Therefore, we kindly request that you book well in advance to secure your preferred date.

Children under the age of 12 must be paired with an adult (one experience and one spectator). Children under the age of 8 are not permitted to walk an alpaca but are welcome to join as spectators with an adult spectator.

Babies cannot be carried while walking an alpaca but can be carried by a spectator.

Children aged 3 and under are free of charge, but please ensure that your chosen spectator is equipped to care for them.

Please take into consideration that the terrain can be uneven and may be wet and muddy. We recommend wearing boots or old trainers for your comfort and safety.

For safety reasons, only closed-toe shoes are permitted. Anyone wearing inappropriate footwear will not be allowed to walk an alpaca and will not receive a refund.

Please leave dogs at home. Dogs are not allowed to walk alongside our alpacas. Please do not leave your dogs in the car; they must be left at home. We have parking available, but cars are parked at the owner's risk.
